You are responsible for the areas of production, logistics and technology (approximately 120 employees) at the various locations of the company and are driving its development as part of the management team. Please report directly to the managing director. Standardize production systems across locations and introduce new processes (e.g. shopfloor management). In addition, you are responsible for investment projects, develop the (preventive) maintenance system and ensure the high safety standard.
