Leadership of the regional office, overall responsibility for operational coordination and implementation within the THW structure Initiation and management of employees (individual or organisational unit-based) and implementation of personnel talks Ensure the willingness to use and the level of training of the units in the regional area Exercises of the specialist supervision in the own organization unit and the local associations Monitoring and controlling procedures and coordination of cross-border tasks Processing of basic and serious matters Developing new tasks and deployment options at regional level Exercise the obligations of entrepreneurs delegated by the national ombudsman and supervision in the field of safety and health Observing the bodywork in THW as well as maintaining, building and expanding networks

Complete Bachelor Program at a (Fach‐)high school Proven management experience in the professional context and personnel management competence The ability to build networks and establish contacts Representative organizational talent as well as team and critique Communication skills and diversity skills Understanding the concerns of a humanitarian-technical, voluntary service organisation Very good Microsoft Office knowledge Driving licence Class III or B or BE willingness to provide services outside the usual working hours and to be accessible (e.g. in the case of use), to cooperate in the management and coordination staff (LuK) and to carry out service or services Use clothes for specific occasions
