Junior Projektleiter (m/w/d) Integrated Logistic Support

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

They plan, coordinate, monitor and manage cross-departmental projects in the military environment. As a junior project managerin, you ensure compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives and are responsible for the project objectives. In your role as a central contact personin, you communicate with customers and your stakeholders and present the work results. Conduct, coordinate, moderate and develop your project team with your communication strength and organizational talent. During the project, you will recognise risks and opportunities for your current and future projects. They support sales in the acquisition, offering and negotiation.

Successfully completed economic/technical studies or a comparable qualification First experience in project management and project management methods Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action as well as independent, structured and professional work Enforcement and communication skills Ready for business trips

Not obligatory, but quite desirable experience in the Bundeswehrumfeld as a former time/occupational soldierin or employeein in the military industry Knowledge of requirements management
