Creation and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts and cost-effectiveness calculations Support for financial project planning and resource planning Participation in offers and business cases Current monitoring of project costs, revenues and margins Analysis of actual plan deviations and introduction of corrective measures Creation of regular project status reports and management reports Development of meaningful dashboards and reports Preparation of decision bases for project managers, department managers and management Identification and assessment of financial and operational project risks Further development of controlling instruments, methods and standards Optimization of project controlling processes and reporting structures Participation in digitalisation and automation initiatives

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in project controlling, financial controlling or project management Very good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, POC, and cost accounting Secure handling of SAP and MS Excel Good knowledge of (project) controlling in machine or special plant construction Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills High numerical affinity and detail accuracy Communication and presentation strength Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and enforcement High self-initiative and sense of responsibility Good English knowledge of word and writing
