Are you inspiring for ecological and sustainable building? Then we advise our customers: inside and certify the most sustainable concepts for existing and new buildings. Become an expert in the field of ESG/Green Building and pioneering buildings. Project management of sustainable construction projects over all performance phases and independent execution of building certifications (DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, WELL, BNB etc.) Advice on the topics Sustainability, Climate Neutrality, CO2 Consulting, Environment Social Governance (ESG) and EU-Taxonomy Development of individual sustainability concepts according to customer needs Coordination and communication with interdisciplinary project teams on the implementation of sustainability goals in projects Conducting pre-assessments and certifications Conducting evidence according to certification criteria Strengthening and expanding our team around the ESG/building certification Other priorities may be: eco balance sheets (LCA), life cycle cost calculations (LCC), decarbonisation schedule, and advice on the circular economy and building ecology

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, energy management, climate engineering / design, economic engineering, civil engineering, real estate management or comparable qualification Experience in the management of building certification projects and passion for sustainability certification Accreditation as DGNB Auditor, LEED AP, BREEAM Assessor or a comparable qualification desirable (alternatively, an individual training of Drees & Summer is actively supported) Good MS Office knowledge as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Basic knowledge in terms of regulators for sustainability, energy legislation, funding, market trends Motivation to actively introduce yourself and his ideas into the team and to take over perspective leadership responsibility Strong analytical thinking in combination with number affinity and safe occurrence with consulting competence
