Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Overall responsibility for budget, schedule and performance of interdisciplinary development projects for our cleaning machines. As people lead, you motivate and train your interdisciplinary project team from departments like e.g. quality assurance, purchasing, production, customer service and product management and, together with the technical project management, form the double-head of the project. Consistent implementation of the multi-dimensional project objectives, in particular time-to-market, production costs and fulfillment of the specifications. In the project team, you meet informed decisions quickly and tax project risks early and solution-oriented. Control of external development partners and key suppliers in Germany and abroad with regular presence on site Require and ensure the necessary resources for your project in close coordination with the departments.

Complete studies in industrial engineering, MBA or alternatively in mechanical engineering, in electrical engineering or mechatronics, each paired with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking. Multiannual professional experience in the management of complex, interdisciplinary development projects and willingness to regularly travel in Germany and abroad. experience with classic and agile project management methods and with common project management and ticket systems; first experience with change communication is of advantage. German and English skills (at least) Level C1) in word and writing.
