Number: MER00045NT As a company-internal lean consultation, we accompany the production and planning areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). Our MPS experts are partners of top management in the rebuilding of international works as well as in the optimization of established works. Our team supports the cooperation in positioning the organization across all MO locations as a strong, common voice. The focus is on the cross-works exchange between shop managers worldwide in order to bundle interests, to make synergies visible and to sustainably strengthen cooperation between locations. You work at this internship at the interface of project management, organisational development and the rollout of good physical and digital ideas. Accordingly, your tasks are wide and varied. These are your tasks: Support in the content and organization of the cross-works exchange of shop managers and their experts worldwide

Analysis of topics, needs and optimization potentials from the production plants

Preparing and updating dates, workshops and exchange formats with international stakeholders

Creation of decision bases, presentations and management documents in German and English

Cooperation in designing, structuring and developing standards

Identification, preparation and communication of best practices to promote synergy effects between sites

Independent coordination of subtasks and coordination with internal interfaces in the international and intercultural context

The activity can begin from September / October 2026.

Degree course Economics, Industrial Engineering, Economic Psychology or comparable degree programs, preferably with lean management content

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge in PowerPoint
