Technical Specialist Radiators/Heating Systems – Sales Support (m/f/d)

You support our customers and sales at our site Giesen/Emmerke (near Hildesheim) with the possibility of mobile work as a central technical interface around the topic of heating elements and heating systems. With your well-founded expertise and understanding of technical relationships, you ensure that customer requests are answered competently and that technical documents and product documentation are reliably provided. At the same time, make sure that product data and sales-relevant information are always correct, complete and up-to-date and actively contribute to the further development of our product portfolio and our product data. Your activities in detail: Technical advice and support for customers, sales and internal departments in customer requests, product selection and solution finding Creation and further development of product and product master data including the construction and structuring of product families as well as access and exit control Creation, maintenance and provision of sales-relevant technical documentation Assembly and operating instructions Product documentation and technical drawings

Processing product-related customer feedback in close coordination with sales, quality and purchasing Support for purchasing and logistics in technical issues Implementation of internal technical training for sales and departments

Technically: Complete technical or commercial training and/or further training to the technician/master, e.g.:SHK (Sanitary/heating/climate) Technical designer / product designer Cross-comers with sound technical understanding from the SHK environment, technical sales or wholesale are also expressly welcome

Experience in the field of heating technology / SHK Experiences in a common ERP system (we work with SAP) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience in technical documentation or master data management Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic English knowledge
