Creation, coordination and further development of business plans for different segments, markets and customer groups independent conception, financial modelling and sound assessment of business cases including scenario analyses from corporate and customer perspective Examination, evaluation and further development of existing and new business models Operational support and control of the company-wide strategy process, including tactics and structuring Following strategic initiatives, milestones and to-dos, in particular in the context of market and growth initiatives Preparation of decision documents, management presentations and briefings for management Regular, structured reporting to the CEO on status, risks and decision needs Close cooperation with management, business units, sales, market intelligence, innovation management and controlling Moderation of strategy workshops and support of strategic decision-making processes

Education: Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Administration or comparable discipline Experience: Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, in-house consulting or corporate controlling expertise: deep expertise in the creation and evaluation of business-case calculations; professional handling of Excel and PowerPoint; high interest in business models, business strategies, technologies and innovations Softskills: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills, Independent and Structured Operation, High Reliability and Very Good Communication At Management Level Language knowledge: German and fluent English skills
