Central processing of performance directories and offers for our customers in the respective division (deep construction, construction, expansion)

Ensuring professionally correct price offers

Creation of alternative offers

Contact with suppliers (conditions agreements, project negotiations) if necessary in consultation with the purchase

Telephone contact to obtain market information, backgrounds to large building objects and contract awards

Contact building and care to planners and architects

Status management of the projects and relevant data in the CRM systems

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally from construction or equivalent training or corresponding professional experience

Specialized knowledge of goods in the field of building materials (especially in the sector concerned)

High motivation, initiative and willingness to perform

Self-working and reliability

Team-ready and communication-strong personality

Safe and friendly appearance in dealing with employees, customers and suppliers

Versified handling of software in the field of CRM, ERP and MS Office (incl. Excel)
