Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) As an IT process expert for customer and business partner data, you are responsible for the conception of customer master data management (including design, alignment, implementation and documentation) with the focus on S4/HANA, CRM, eCommerce and other customer-oriented solutions. You can analyze and transfer process and migration requirements to customer master files into relevant IT and process work packages. With your skills, you drive large migration projects of customer master data from the current SAP ECC system into the future S4/HANA system. You also support and improve quality management and the cleansing of customer master files. In this context, you will ensure close cooperation with the IT Product Owners (CRM, eShop, Partner Portal), the SAP ERP team and the central master data team. Last but not least, you are helpful to our Home Comfort Organisation for support requests worldwide as a competent contact person.

Education: completed (special) university studies with a focus on computer science, business management or a comparable qualification Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in the SAP SD module, relevant IT solution experience, ideally in the SAP R3/S4 modules SD/FI and CRM eCommerce; Experience in sales and marketing related areas with a focus on customer and business partner management Personality and work: you take responsibility for your tasks; stubbornly follow your goals, communicate clearly and convincingly; your analytical approach, your conceptual thinking and your structured way of working distinguish you; you have strong coordination capabilities in an international environment with cross-functional teams Working day: readiness to travel Enthusiasm: fun in new challenges and international cooperation Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
