The department for vascular and endovascular surgery is traditionally in close cooperation with angiology and interventional radiology. We are the first vessel centrum certified in Germany and offer the entire spectrum of vascular surgery with the exception of open operations of the thoracic aorta. There is also a close interlocking with heart surgery, nephrology and neurology. The first German-certified wound centre is also led by us.
