Analysis and design of the IT services of the Berlin water companies in IT service management (Tool SMAX), the interconnection of different data sets, the mapping/design of organizational and technical relationships IT service modeling and technical mapping in the IT service management system Linking UCMDB Discovery (UDI / UD) data to IT service management and information from IT architecture management (Tool ARIS) Design and implementation of samples for automated detection of IT components Management of projects and process consulting for requirements management, especially project management and IT service modeling in the project “IT-Service Design”

Completed university education (Master) in the field of project and process management, business informatics, economic engineering, computer science, information technology, business analytics or business management with a focus on computer science and relevant knowledge in job-relevant tasks Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in the above-mentioned disciplines or IT Bachelor Professional and well-founded relevant subject-relevant knowledge in IT service modeling and process and workflow management as well as additional knowledge that allow to unlock a knowledge level as taught in a master's degree Practical knowledge in IT service design and handling IT service management tools (probably SMAX from Opentext) Additional qualifications in IT service management according to ITIL Expert Extensive process knowledge (such as ISO 20000, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 based on IT basic protection) Extensive knowledge and experience in data modeling techniques Analytical and conceptual working, structured thinking, strong service and customer orientation as well as team skills
