Basic: Completed (special) Higher education in the field of social education or toddler education with state recognition or training as a state-approved/educated educator. ideally: first experience in organizational or management tasks, for example through project management, team coordination or internships; Additional training in the field of social management or kita management is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Knowledge: knowledge of the Hessian education plan and experience in pedagogical work with children.
