Implementation of contracted acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, real estate management and marketing Independent creation and compliance of project and timetables and efficient resource planning Responsibility for lease and use contracts related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities Ensuring the legal validity and compliance of the approval directives, taking into account quality and cost-effectiveness requirements Monitoring and acceptance of the acquisition services until handover to the relevant specialist departments Compliance with project and technology-specific rollout budget taking into account economic, technical and legal frameworks

Completed studies in a technical or legal field More than five years of experience in the acquisition of mobile locations Funded knowledge of real estate and project management High competence in MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Conceptual and analytical thinking and communication skills
