Planning, installation and configuration of IT systems (client and server systems) Establishing and supporting networks, firewalls, VPNs and IT security solutions 1st and 2nd level support Support of hardware (PCs and mobile devices) and standard software Documentation of systems, changes and processes Participation in IT projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations, introduction of new systems) User support and training in handling IT systems

At least a good middle education degree or (special) abitur good grades in the MINT subjects and German Interest in IT, networks and technology – ideally first experiences (e.g. private, school IT courses, internships) Basic knowledge of operating systems Logisch-analytical thinking and joy in solving technical problems Careful and reliable operation Teamability, communication skills and customer orientation
