Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Focusing your action on the needs of the customers and implementing the services as entrepreneurs: on-site Leadership and development of your market team, with a view to the independent orientation of the staff structure Achieve your own budget goals and take responsibility for strategic location development Ensuring the (seasonal) availability of goods and ensuring the smooth operation of the market Building an effective communication structure in the market as well as integration of ideas and impulses Implementation of concepts, guidelines, services and legal requirements, e.g. in the field of occupational safety

Extensive professional experience as market leader:in, branch manager:in, store manager, branch manager:in, house manager:in or partner merchant (m/w/d) in retail - large area Experience in leading large teams and in the further development and motivation of employees:inside Economic knowledge found in the evaluation of key figures (e.g. by means of a goods management system) A strong organisational capability, e.g. for the management of daily business and long-term planning A high sense of responsibility, joy of decision and desire for self-responsibility
