Volume: parttime 50% Period: up to 31.12.2029 Remuneration: TV-L EC 13 Start: next time The project is funded by the Innovation Foundation in higher education and aims to promote internationalisation in teaching at the University of Ulm. The Global Teaching Labs helps teachers to implement innovative teaching concepts. In addition, the project offers advice, support and modern infrastructure for international teaching and thus provides the basis for a successful “Internationalisation@Home”.

Conception and implementation of a high-level demand analysis for hybrid teaching rooms at the University of Ulm Technical and didactic overall conception and planning of digital and hybrid spaces in cooperation with teachers Close coordination and cooperation with internal stakeholders (kiz, department V, teachers, administration) Planning, implementation and evaluation of piloting and system tests (e.g. hybrid space technology, digital collaboration tools) Conception and implementation of systematic evaluations of the developed spatial concepts and technologies used Analysis of evaluation results and derivation of optimization potentials Identification of innovation potentials in the field of digital, international teaching and internationalisation@Home and development of recommendations for action for the strategic development of the teaching infrastructure at the University of Ulm Conception and implementation of training and workshops on the use of hybrid and digital teaching technologies Individual advice from teachers to implement international, hybrid or virtual courses Creating hand-applications, guides and documentation to use the developed learning environments and transfer best practices

Complete university studies (Master) in the field of media or education, psychology, pedagogy or comparable In-depth knowledge of digital/hybrid teaching and learning formats as well as current developments in digital and international university teaching In-depth knowledge of the didactic and technical implementation of hybrid event formats Knowledge in the area of demand analysis and user-centric development of digital/hybrid learning environments using suitable analysis and evaluation methods Knowledge of the translation of technical and didactic requirements into digital/hybrid spatial and technical concepts Knowledge of central IT infrastructures in the field of higher education (e.g. LMS, video conferencing and collaboration platforms) and fundamental aspects of IT security and data protection desirable Experience in the design and moderation of training and workshops as well as the creation of training materials desirable Embossed conceptual, analytical and strategic skills Very good knowledge of German and English
