You conduct a multi-headed team of qualified construction and project managers in a disciplined and professional manner and develop the team professionally. You take over the overriding control and responsibility for the quality, dates and costs of construction projects in the field of refurbishment and revitalization You lead overarching projects in in interdisciplinary teams consisting of internal and external stakeholders. You plan capacity, secure and optimise project assignments and regularly report on the state of the ongoing projects. You support the project managers in day-to-day business and in carrying out construction projects in the area of Refurbishment and Revitalization You independently coordinate and control contact with builders and entrepreneurs.

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect or a comparable qualification. Experience in disciplinary staff management is advantageous. You have professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects. You have comprehensive professional practice in all stages of performance (depreciation, execution planning, contracting and construction). You are a strong team player with a motivating leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset. You work structured and independent.
