Tasks with perspectives You define the Atruvia-wide valid Java standard and valid versions and specify the desired state of the Java insert for the respective platforms. You are responsible for the management of cross-departmental consolidation projects, conduct economic considerations and are a permanent partner for purchasing and licensing management. You take appropriate measures to comply with the standards throughout the company, release temporary exemptions or make recommendations. You order the provision of valid versions and fixes (on-premises and cloud-based FSV, SCCM, Linux, Build and Atruvia-Base Images) and launch updates through lifecycle events such as version announcements and terminations. You are constantly testing the technical development, identifying trends, and as part of overarching exchange formats, you are an impulse provider for all users.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of computer science or business informatics as well as many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification as well as experience in conducting cross-disciplinary (partial) projects. You are an expert in professional Java development, have a very good market overview about distribution and versions and know how IT resources are used efficiently. You have a strong will and ability to work on new technologies, evaluate them and apply them. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You bring customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and conflictability.
