Consultant for female start-ups with a migration background (m/f/d)

Project management & development: Conception, control and further development of a funding and accompanying program for founders with migration history. Individual support for women in all phases of the start-up - from the development of ideas to business planning to implementation. Empowerment & participation: Strengthening self-confidence, resources and competencies of participants; Removal of access barriers. Network management: building and maintaining cooperation with business, chambers, consultancy agencies, migrant organisations and funding institutions. Workshops & Qualification: Planning and partial implementation of training on foundation topics (e.g. ideas finding, marketing, financing, legal basis). Mentoring: Establishment of a mentor pool for the founders, matching the tandems, process management, organisation of an accompanying program and evaluation. Public relations: visualizing the project and the founders, organizing events, presentations and success stories. Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring project objectives, evaluation and reporting to funding providers.

Complete study in economics, social sciences, pedagogy, project management or comparable qualification. Experience in project management, start-up consulting, promotion of women, migration/integration or labour market projects. High consulting skills, empathy and joy in working with diverse life paths. Knowledge of foundation processes, business planning and funding opportunities. Intercultural competence and sensitivity for different biographies and challenges. Communication strength, networkability and sovereign appearance. Self-employed, structured working and organisational skills. Language skills (e.g. English, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Farsi, Turkish etc.) are welcome, but not a prerequisite. Mobility: driving licence
