In this position you take over the coordination of several related projects within a programme In doing so, you are responsible for the prioritization of measures, the cross-programme risk management, and in particular the optimal control and utilization of the available resources As a central interface between project, program and portfolio management, you ensure smooth coordination of all stakeholders and ensure transparency through ongoing activities. Your tasks include professional stakeholder management, you communicate confidently with executives, project managers, customers and external partners, and promote targeted cooperation In the context of risk management, identify, evaluate and manage program-wide risks and opportunities and derive appropriate measures to achieve targets In addition, create regular status reports, progress analyses and decision templates for management The control and monitoring of relevant key figures (KPIs) is also part of your responsibility Another focus of your activity is the promotion of synergies between projects and the active support of change processes You ensure that all projects of a programme are consistently deposited on the strategic corporate objectives and make a measurable contribution to the achievement of objectives The coordination of processes and appointments as well as ensuring a structured and efficient project progress are also part of your task In addition, you are responsible for the introduction, further development and monitoring of uniform project management processes, methods and guidelines and thus contribute to the continuous professionalisation of project management

You have a degree in economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable discipline Multi-annual professional experience in project or program management is a characteristic of your previous career. Finding knowledge in multi-project management as well as in agile and classic project management methods will help you with a safe handling of popular PM tools, such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PMO systems or SAP In addition, you have practical experience in stakeholder and change management and understand how to successfully coordinate different interests and sustainably accompany change processes Embossed communication and moderation capabilities complete your profile and enable you to work with different stakeholders.
