Hamburg, Rothenburgsort and mobile work We change what: The trainee program is our junior program for the practical training of university graduates at HAMBURG WASSER. During time, you are mainly engaged in procurement management/construction purchase and gain insights into relevant interface areas. The procurement and logistics department at HAMBURG WASSER ensures the economic, legal and demand-oriented supply of supply, service and construction services. In close cooperation with internal demand providers and external partners, we are responsible for the entire range of purchases – from individual orders to complex framework contracts to strategic procurement projects. We cover both classic purchasing processes and the tendering and awarding of construction and engineering services. Our task field is complemented by the central control of systems and processes, the key figures management and the operational warehouse management, which ensures reliable material supply for construction projects, maintenance and emergencies. Together, we design efficient procurement structures and contribute significantly to the security of supply of the city of Hamburg.

Participation in the implementation and optimization of procurement procedures Support in the processing of construction contracts (high/low construction, electrical, machine engineering) and engineering contracts Accompanying the offer assessment including side and special suggestions Creating award notes and procurement decisions Participation in bidding discussions and communication with internal and external partners Active cooperation of operational and strategic processes within a dynamic and project-oriented working environment

Complete studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction or comparable courses First practical experience through relevant internships Interest in technical regulations (e.g. DWA, DVGW, DIN) Motivation to introduce yourself into the procurement and contract law (VOB, SektVO, HOAI) High accuracy and analytical thinking Communication strength and joy in cross-team cooperation Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
