To extend our quality team, we will now look for you as:

You operate as a single point of contact for our customers in the automotive industry (OEMs and Tier 1 / 2) in the case of a wide range of topics. You process customer reviews and initiate immediate measures or lay down special measures to ensure product quality. In this context, you can co­ordinate all the activities and measures available to improve customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner, taking account of economic aspects and requirements. Creation of services for customers and suppliers, monitoring and coordination FMEA workshops with the Babtec CAQ system Aid for problem solving, conversion and marketing Implementation / support of in- and external work Support measures to improve product and product quality and sustainability (e.g. FMEA) Working in internal or trans­national groups

Complete technical studies, technology training or long-term experience in quality management Safe handling with CAQ systems (Module FMEA, Control and Test Plan) Experience in the development of teams and working groups, such as FMEA, workshops or projects Comprehensive knowledge and safe use of advanced quality methods (8D-Report, 5-Why-Methode, lshikawa etc.) (m/w/d) IATF, VDA with corresponding references Multiannual experience in the field of quality in the automotive industry, experience of production Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Em­ployment and employment Flexibility and a high level of operational Imprinted skills and communication
