In our internship in the field of operations, you actively work in the daily business of our solar and wind farms across Europe and learn how professional asset management works. Instead of pure cooperation, you take early responsibility, work closely with experienced colleagues, and build valuable know-how at the interface of technology, economy and renewable energies. Your sunny views: Operational day-to-day business: You support our operations teams for solar and wind farms with a focus on European markets in operational and administrative day-to-day business and gain valuable experience in asset management. master data & operating data administration: You pflegst and manage master data on plants, contracts and technical operating data and ensure high data quality. Contract management & time control: You support the contract management of our assets by following deadlines, milestones and contractual obligations and actively supporting their compliance. Invoicing & assignment: You check incoming invoices, assign them correctly and thus contribute to a transparent cost control and clean documentation. Cash flow planning & banking reporting: You are gradually integrated into the rolling cash flow planning and supported by recurring reporting to our financing banks. Analyses, presentations & process optimization: You’ll start evaluations, analyses and statistics for internal and external stakeholders, participate in presentations, templates and decision-making and actively engage in projects to standardize and optimize operations.

You are currently enrolled in a study of economics or engineering, renewable energies or a comparable course of studies and you want to deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice. First practical experience & learning readiness: Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience and are keen to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics such as operations, asset and contract management. Communication strength in German & English: You feel very safe in oral and written communication in German and English and you are confident in exchange with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical skills & Excel competence: You work routined with the MS-Office package, especially with Excel, and are delighted to evaluate, prepare and present data in a structured manner. Enthusiasm for renewable energies: You are interested in the energy transition and renewable energies and bring an intrinsic motivation to actively participate in sustainable solutions. Team spirit & own initiative: You like working in the team, doing tasks independently and bringing the right to think, take responsibility and actively shape processes.
