As our technical facility management specialist, you gradually take responsibility for the smooth operation and the sustainability of our buildings, facilities (TGA) and the entire infrastructure. You develop concepts for long-term maintenance and modernization, support budget planning and take independent control of defined projects and areas. Furthermore, you are the central contact person for coordinating internal technical staff and for controlling and quality management of external partner companies – from selection to conclusion of the contract. You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. fire protection, occupational safety) and contribute significantly to ensuring plant availability and operator responsibility. You act as a competent interface to the specialist departments of production for FM questions and consistently develop our FM processes by puggling and opting our maintenance system.

You have a completed study in the technical field (e.g. facility management, utility technology) or a comparable qualification as master or technician. You have been able to gain several years of relevant professional experience in technical building management and now want to take the next step and take more responsibility. You also have a broad technical expertise in the TGA (HLKSE) trades and you have well-founded knowledge of the relevant standards and laws . In addition, you are an organizationally strong and communicative personality with a solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced hand-on mentality. The secure handling of MS Office and your experience in handling CAFM or maintenance software completes your profile.
