The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

With its cross-functional teams, our digitization and IT department is responsible for the digital development of the overall organisation. The conception and implementation of the IT strategy is just as important as the introduction of innovative solutions, the digital imaging and optimization of processes and the support of our employees and institutions.

As a coordinator with a focus on application management, you play a key role in the care and development of our IT applications. In particular, take care of our HR platform for service planning and time recording – an essential solution for the daily work of our teams. They are not only a technical expert, but also a communication-strong interface between providers, departments and IT. They ensure smooth operation: administration and support of our HR platform and other applications. They optimize existing processes and ensure that all systems run stable. They support our users: As the first contact person for our key users, you will answer questions, solve problems and train colleagues to ensure optimal use of the software. You will shape the future with: They identify potential for improvement, introduce new ideas and implement innovative solutions. You work closely with our HR platform, IT and specialist departments. They drive forward digital projects: they accompany and coordinate exciting digitalization projects and ensure that our systems are set up in a future-proof manner.

A completed training as a specialist, a completed study of (economic) informatics, or a comparable qualification Experience in application management, ideally in HR software Knowledge in the administration of IT systems and interface management Joy in working with people and sharing knowledge A structured and solution-oriented operation Feeling to develop and get to know new technologies
