Site Manager Electrical Engineering - Plant Engineering / Building Technology (m/f/d)

You guide our local and regional construction sites together with your project manager (m/w/d). On site you coordinate Monteur:inside, after-contractors:inside and material and are the central contact person for all participants You keep an overview of plans and documents, work closely with our planning departments, document changes and pass the documents directly to the assembly You implement the performance description professionally, take over the technical and contractual implementation of the orders and ensure that the required quality is achieved You plan and monitor dates, coordinate staff and material, keep the construction site warehouse in mind and start to scale up and directing reports – always in close coordination with your project manager (m/w/d) You will guide your team safely and responsibly, ensure safe working conditions and ensure compliance with all relevant safety requirements

You are an electrical specialist with completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician:in, electrical technician:in or electroinstaller:in You ideally have a technical training (e.g. Master:in, technician:in or a comparable qualification) that complements your practical experience Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, electrical engineering or building engineering You have well-founded knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, in particular DIN and VDE regulations, VOB Part B/C as well as line system guidelines (LAR) You are able to use teams of electricians:inside, technicians:inside, sub-contractors:to guide, motivate and efficiently
