Ensuring the technical training of the driver's staff (own-ship park, BKF trainees and off-road vehicles). Implementation of training and knowledge transfer related to the DACHSER's own processes. Accompanying the driving personnel in the daily business and identifying optimization potentials. Planning and implementation of further education and training for professionals together with fleet management. Regular exchange with drivers and service partners - you are one of the first responders. Detection of potential for improvement and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency. Close cooperation with fleet management, disposition and handling hall to ensure efficient logistics processes.

Professional experience as motor driver (m/w/d) with valid driving licence of classes C/CE, driver qualification certificate and ADR certificate. Ideally first experience as a driver trainer (m/w/d). Funded knowledge in ADR, cargo securing and transport documentation. Know-how in the field of sustainable and environmentally friendly driving. Embossed problem-solving competence as well as communication and team skills. High social competence and safe occurrence.
