In Frankfurt, Hanover and Cologne we are looking for you in full time or part-time, unlimited on 16.06.2026 as a Graduate

The division is, among other things, a leading provider of corporate and investment banking products and sustainable financing solutions.

The Graduate Program provides a comprehensive understanding of our company within 12 months and provides valuable insights into the different areas of the bank.

• Training in Paris

• Rotation for 6 months: Collect practical experience through close cooperation with the Corporate Coverage Team

• Rotation in one of our different business areas, such as Loan Capital Markets, Global Markets or Transaction Banking

• After successful completion, you will become part of the Corporate Coverage team at the location for which you will be hired

Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Working with the development of customer relationships in cooperation with the Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents of our respective teams Implementation of capital market analyses and analysis of balance sheets and financial reports including cash flow modeling Support in the preparation and follow-up of strategic business approaches and other measures to ensure a strong, commercial dialogue between our customers and the bank Participation in the support of our international customers by coordinating all relevant stakeholders at global level Active participation in the creation of credit applications and internal decision templates, including the risk analysis of our customers, with the aim of sustainably strengthening the Bank's risk/return profile Working to monitor the overall risks of our customer portfolio from large and midcap clients Conduct detailed analyses of compliance, including the ‘Know Your Customer’ audits and the assessment of the ecological and social responsibility (ESG) of our customers

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Master's degree in Finance, Economy or similar degree programme First knowledge in corporate customer business, ideally through an internship or first professional experience in corporate financing or corporate banking of another bank Detailed orientation and sound knowledge in business models and financial analyses Ability to set priorities and develop strategies that align the interests of customers and the bank Flexibility and willingness to continuously improve your own performance Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level required) in word and writing
