As a technical development manager ERP, you are responsible for the technical platform development of a software product and are involved in the agile transformation of the organization. Your varied area of responsibility gives you design spaces, responsibility and challenges alike: You enable technical solutions for a future-oriented strategy towards SaaS / Cloud and implement them with your department with about 50 employees. You develop the processes for technological decisions. You enable technological scaling across several European locations and expand the company's expert network. You continuously develop the processes for automation, quality assurance and operation.

Long-standing experience of viable software architectures and the management of both classic and agile product development teams Know-how in Microsoft - product world such as Microsoft Dynamics and related tools Experience in leading large developer teams and building community formats for technology exchange In-depth knowledge of scalable systems and cloud platforms, ideally Azure Impressive sense of meaningful structures and processes as well as the will for co-operative transformation in the tension field between vision and actual state You are team players also in leadership and contribute constructively to overall responsibility for the business goals together with the leadership team You bring profound experience in agile development models and scaling software organisations with You have good knowledge of German and English
