As a trainee in the field of IT strategy & transformation, you will play an active role in shaping the future of Mercedes-Benz IT. Our mission is to network IT and enable the development of the most desirable cars in the world by driving the transformation across processes, systems and culture.

In this role, you support the definition and implementation of IT strategy and transformation initiatives that increase efficiency, resilience and innovation. You will contribute to change management activities that anchor strategic priorities in the organization, including the development of communication formats, workshops and engagement campaigns. You will also help establish OKRs, dashboards and reports to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the transformation. In close cooperation with cross-functional teams, you will combine business requirements with IT skills, promote cultural change and promote lifelong learning.

An above-average degree (Master, MBA or Promotion) in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) First experiences in the areas of digitalization, agile methods, change management, organisational development, stakeholder and project management or consulting At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends We appreciate applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility Excellent knowledge of English and German (C1) Motivation to help shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, coupled with exceptional analytical skills Embossed team skills that others are motivating to achieve their goals We look forward to your online application.
