You support the organisation and coordination of national trade fairs, fairs and events, such as vacuum and leak days, in close coordination with the project manager and the head of marketing. You support the coordination with trade fair companies, standbuilders, logistics service providers, agencies and other external partners. You carry out trade fair applications and order and manage trade fair services such as technology, furniture, catering, cleaning and exhibitor IDs. You organize transports for exhibits, advertising materials and trade fair equipment. You manage and coordinate advertising and trade fair materials as well as trade fair equipment as part of predetermined processes. You organize travel and hotel bookings for trade fair and event teams. You will first and recommend schedules, checklists and event documents to support project planning and implementation. You can support the up and downtime as well as the supervision of fairs and events on site. You will participate in the follow-up of events, including documentation, audit and data collection. You support general marketing activities in coordination with the project manager and the head of marketing.

You have a successfully completed vocational training with a focus on marketing or communication or a comparable vocational training. You'd like to bring first professional experience in marketing. You convince with organizational talent, pronounced communication skills and a sovereign and friendly appearance in a matrix organization. You're ready to travel. You are characterized by a high degree of resilience in time-related work, flexibility in dealing with quickly changing tasks and good time management. You're going over with MS Office. Experience in the use of AI-based tools as well as CRM knowledge is a plus. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
