Most of the work can be done from the home office.

They take over the strategic and economic planning of the service, carry out the entire life cycle and actively shape the IT architecture. In addition, run the alerts, conclude contracts and are the central communication interface for all relevant stakeholders. In line with the IT strategy, you drive forward the continuous development of the service and design the associated processes independently. In addition, ensure that the services are seamlessly integrated into the existing ITIL process landscape (e.g. incident and change management), and maintain regular exchange with other service owners and relevant interfaces. Finally, you take over both agile and classic projects around the services and successfully complete them.

You can demonstrate a completed study of IT security, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification. Good expertise on security architecture, automation, integration and operation/development (DevOps) will bring you with you. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (LAN/SAN/Server HW/OS etc.), software distribution, client/server hardware are also required. The terms Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, ITSM, Azure should not be foreign words for you. Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English in word and writing are required. Experience in digital collaborative work with various collaboration tools as well as know-how in the field of Kubernetes / Docker are also desirable. A high degree of independence, good analytical skills as well as team and communication skills complete your profile.
