Industrial Engineer – Time Management (m/f/d)

You will start time and process studies for new products and processes based on work science methods and identify optimization and improvement potentials. You develop, care and standardize time building blocks with TiCon from MTM for the entire factory network. You ensure compliance with existing standards in the time economy and continuously develop them. You use work-scientific methods, such as ProKon or EAWS, and ergonomic analysis methods, and actively participate in standardization. You plan and carry out training on time economic standards, process building blocks and work science methods. You coordinate certifications, workshops and professional exchange with internal and external contacts. As a key user for TiCon, you enter and optimise the system landscape, support and train the users and ensure a continuous development of the system.

Your experience is more important than the course of training. Multiannual professional experience in production processes or a comparable qualification as well as practical experience in the analysis and optimization of production processes. Knowledge in the time economy. Secure handling of the TiCon (MTM) software and ideally a time-economic qualification, for example as an MTM practitioner or MTM instructor (m/w/d). Good knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications. An analytical, structured way of working and the pleasure of developing processes sustainably.
