Tasks with perspectives

You accompany an agile development team in payment transactions in the role of Scrum Master and work closely with the Squad Owner and an experienced agile environment.

You plan, moderate and accompany agile events such as Dailys, Sprint Plannings, Reviews and Retrospectives and ensure a structured, transparent and productive cooperation.

You identify impediments and dependencies in the team context, support the solution finding and promote an open and constructive communication culture.

You coach the team using suitable agile methods and metrics and support the continuous improvement process in a professionally regulated environment.

You have experience in Jira and Confluence.

You strengthen the team's self-organization and self-responsibility and introduce your own ideas and impulses to further develop agile cooperation in payment transactions.

Personality with profile

You study (economic)informatics, economics, (economic)psychology or a comparable discipline and have at least three completed semesters of your Bachelor's degree.

You have basic knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and are interested in accompanying teams methodically - ideally in an IT or banking environment.

You have very good knowledge of German (C1) as well as good knowledge of English (B2) and can safely communicate with different stakeholders.

You work in a structured, self-responsive and reflective manner and you are delighted to penetrate complex technical and organizational relationships.

You are empathic, communication-strong, team-oriented and ready to learn and want to develop professionally and methodically.
