As Head of IT, you take over the technical and commercial management of a regional IT service provider with about 60 employees. Your employer provides IT services with regard to IT infrastructure and software in very heterogeneous customer environments. This is about IT operation, cloud migration, the introduction of software products and the design of IT support processes. You establish suitable internal processes with the aim of improving service quality and maintaining SLAs for customers and thus create the conditions for further growth. You report to the Supervisory Board / to the owners.
