You are the central contact person, especially for the needs of personnel recovery. You advise the management and executives on basic personal and personal matters. You are responsible for the creation of personal statistics and reporting for the Human Resources Unit and the exercise of reporting obligations towards the BMI. You are responsible for the budget and for all budgetary matters for the Staff Unit. You will take care of the design and development of strategic measures, in particular in the field of personnel recovery and employer position. You are responsible for job placement procedures, from the creation of job advertisements, to the coordination with the BMI supervisor, to the selection of applicants, to the implementation of selection procedures, to the creation of notes, mainly for procedures from grade A16.
