Together with the housing group, you design everyday life and promote self-determination and joy of life. You plan and design participation offers, leisure offers, accompany purchases, doctor visits and cultural activities. Depending on the individual support needs, you provide the necessary educational and nursing support and ensure the care of e.g. medication. You are reliable contact persons, create a trusted atmosphere and help with problems and crisis management. You take over the digital documentation of assistance planning and participate in team meetings and further training.

You have completed vocational training as a cure nursein, occupational therapistin, social workerin, educatorin, health care and nursing*in, elderly caregiver (m/w/x) or a comparable qualification. Beginners with interest and willingness to learn are also welcome. Empathy, patience and an appreciation of people are of course for you. You incorporate the shiftwork we need into your flexible family management. You like to work in the team, keep an overview and possess humor in stressful situations. Class B licence is desirable.
