The clinic is one of the ten largest non-university clinics in Baden-Württemberg and one of the 80 largest clinics in Germany. Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

Together with the Head of IT Infrastructure and colleagues of your team, you will ensure the high-availability, safe and performant operation of our modern, predominantly on-premises operated Enterprise IT environment. This makes an important contribution to the support of our colleagues in medicine, care and administration in patient care. You are responsible for operating the virtualized server and storage environment, the MS Exchange environment, the Active Directory, the MS SQL Server and operationally critical services such as DHCP, DNS, PKI and Backup/Restore. You are actively involved in the further development and modernization of our data center infrastructure and are involved in the introduction of modern security and automation solutions – even against the background of the KRITIS requirements to our house. Operational, monitoring, patch, maintenance and modernization tasks can be handled with the help of modern tools (including monitoring, ITSM, automation). When analyzing and correcting errors, you control and coordinate powerful external partners and service providers if necessary. You introduce themselves to IT projects – from conception to implementation to transfer to the rule operation – and document your work comprehensible. In order to ensure the operation, the takeover of occasional readiness and participation in the extended service hours (07:30 – 18:00) in the early and late service are obliga-torisch.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of information technology or a comparable training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration – are happy to add relevant further training. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of an enterprise IT environment in 24x7 operation. You have well-founded expertise in the administration of Microsoft systems (Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, MS SQL Server) – ideally certified. More importantly, we have extensive practical experience and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas round off your profile: Server virtualization with VMware vSphere, SAN/Storage systems, Citrix, Enterprise backup, Linux, Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.) as well as a solid understanding of IT security topics (patch management, curing, Zero Trust, EDR/SIEM) are of advantage. As a KRITIS operator, we attach great importance to compliance with regulatory requirements (including BSI basic protection, ISO 27001, B3S Hospital, NIS2). Experiences in this environment are expressly welcome. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. Working in IT projects is familiar to you. The role as an internal service provider is fulfilled with analytical vision and the right mix of initiative, team spirit, resilience and communication skills. You have remembered that a stable IT infrastructure is the basis for providing applications and supporting business-critical processes. Therefore, you work closely and solution-oriented with colleagues from the IT applications team and users.

A meaningful activity in health care with direct reference to patient care. Systematic incorporation and needs-oriented qualification and certification measures. Regular feedback, pay-related target agreements and individual perspectives for your professional development. Integrating into a motivated, collegial and highly professional IT team with flat hierarchies at a joint location – we deliberately focus on daily cooperation on site. The latest IT infrastructure, current hardware and software as well as an ergonomically equipped workplace. Attractive additional benefits: JobRad, HANSEfit, participation in the costs of the monthly ticket ÖPNV, occupational pensions. Support in the reconciliation of work and family – among other things through our childcare facility. .
