Advising our employees on global business trips: You are available to our employees as a competent contact person for travel planning Scheduled planning, organisation and booking of global travel activities: You are responsible for the comprehensive organization of travel (transport, accommodation, etc.) and assemble all necessary travel documents for the traveller Booking of business trips in the Amadeus booking system: You use the Amadeus booking system to plan travel efficiently and make changes or cancellations if necessary Support for the organisation of external events: You support our team in organizing external events by coordinating the travel and accommodation arrangements of participants Application for business and work visas: In close cooperation with authorities, embassies and agencies, you ensure that all necessary visas are applied in time and provide relevant information to our employees and customers for entry

Successfully completed training as a travel merchant or travel agency, ideally focusing on company service / business travel or comparable commercial training with corresponding further qualifications Professional experience in comparable activity with the Amadeus booking system German and good knowledge of English in word and writing An independent and systematic way of working, a high degree of flexibility and commitment, as well as a cooperative and service-oriented working style
