Contributor in Retail Sales Management (m/w/d)

Your tasks

· Working in the sale of accessories and collection articles as well as the handling of customer complaints, offering an exceptional customer experience

· Participation in the logistical processing of the incoming goods, from the receipt of goods to the interpretation of the goods in the boutique or in the case of accessories to the vehicle

· Responsibility for a trade fair presentation

· Working with the development of new and existing marketing concepts for seasonal marketing actions

· Development of a concept for improving customer frequency in the shop as well as analysis of customer structure in conjunction with purchasing behavior

· Set up relevant content with image and text for different social media channels

· As a brand ambassador or brand ambassador to convey the values and quality of the products and the brand through a competent service

· Administrative support and cooperation in various current projects

Your profile

· Complete professional training in the area of retail, hotel management, customer management, communication, service/trade or in a comparable field of activity

· Experience in dealing with customers and visitors as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation and sales and consulting competence

· Knowledge and experience in project and process management

· Secure handling of MS-Office

· An independent way of working and a high degree of self-organisation and self-initiative

· A safe and well-maintained appearance, a sense of speech, teamwork, commitment and flexibility is what distinguishes you!

· German and English knowledge in word and writing
