We, the Malteser Werke gGmbH, are a subsidiary of the Malteser Deutschland gGmbH, based in Cologne, and are responsible for around 90 care facilities in the fields of migration, youth and family support, as well as addiction assistance. In addition, we are engaged in school social work and are self-supporting schools. For our staff office in the headquarters of the Malteser Works in Cologne, we are looking for support at the next possible time or for consultation!

The majority of the tasks include continuous execution of routine activities, in addition there are always surprising and sometimes amazing requests from our facilities. You should meet the first with joy and attention to detail and the second with serenity. Payroll also means keeping dates. From time to time it becomes hectic, e.g. when building new facilities. It shouldn't scare you off.
