In the course of further growth, we are looking for a central role in the MRP. You take responsibility for a smooth and customer-oriented transport control in close cooperation with production, sales and external partners. Coordination & control of deliveries, tours and customer orders Disposition of drivers, vehicles & transports from economic aspects Procurement and tracking of employees and complaints Coordination with customers, production facilities and freight carriers Organisation of special processes (e.g. ferries, railway loading, customs papers) Contact for customers in all questions of transport processing Telephone and personal customer contact as well as customer consulting and support

Commercial training - ideally with experience in the forwarding or logistics industry Joy of direct customer contact as well as safe, service-oriented appearance Good knowledge of German and English; French skills are a plus Organizational talent with fun in team work and independent work Experience with planning software is advantageous
