As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking management personality that actively shapes the future of the company together with the management. ROLLE In this central position, you take over the commercial and organizational overall responsibility for the real estate stock and act as a direct representation of the management. You lead an interdisciplinary team, optimize processes and ensure efficient, high-quality object care throughout the entire life cycle of the real estate. REQUIREMENTS Total responsibility for the commercial property management (residential and commercial portfolio) as well as central contact person for tenants, service providers and partners. Presentation of management in operational, strategic and administrative matters. Conduct lease negotiations, active lease management and sustainable support for long-term existing customers. Consistent receivable management, especially in the field of industry. Assessment of technical issues in cooperation with the technical department and assessment of their economic and legal impact. Further development of internal processes, ensuring high master data quality and strategic structural portfolio planning. PROFIL Multiannual, well-founded experience in commercial real estate management, property management or asset management — ideally in a senior position (no real estate activity). Wide know-how in core real estate issues and good technical understanding of existing objects. Proven leadership experience and joy in managing an interdisciplinary team. Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel); familiar handling of administrative and document management systems (e.g. iX-Haus, DocuWare). Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation security, enforcement and natural authority. German at the level of mother tongues or in a safe manner; fluent English knowledge in word and writing.
