At the next possible time, we are looking for you as project taxer S-Bahnausbau node Köln Eifelstraße (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG at the location Cologne. As a project controller, you are responsible for the dates, costs and quality in the development projects of the Eifel. These are an important building block for the S-Bahn extension in the Cologne knot, which you can later use with your friends and family and promote mobility throughout the region. This applies not only to the construction of additional tracks, but also to the conversion of the overhead, control and safety systems and the construction of new constructional structures, such as bridges and support and sound protection walls. The consideration of environmental concerns and the issue of sustainability play an important role here. To be perfectly prepared for your new tasks, you will be “tracked” with us in an individual onboarding. These include basic and specialist training and, if desired, personal support by mentors. You can also learn methodological and secondary skills in-house and external training. Hospitations in other projects are also free for you. After successful integration, medium-term further development options are open to you within the specialist line (senior or expert:internal roles). As a project taxer, you enter the Eifel projects in the Cologne knot from planning to construction and acceptance You are responsible for budget, quality and timely implementation in the various stages of performance, as well as compliance with the various laws and regulations In your function, you coordinate and evaluate the planning of the contracted engineering offices and tax all project participants Your main task as a project controller is project management with the time and cost management via the planning and construction phases You enter external engineering offices and provide the contract-compliant performance by the contractors: You also agree closely with the commercial areas on finance planning, cost determination and taxation With your holistic view, you never lose sight of the goal and the connections and support the project management, especially in the organization and communication with all project participants and authorities Your tasks also include identifying risks through proactive chance/risk management, coordinating early counter/measures with the project management and the individual project sections, thereby reducing the risks for the project

Your profile:

You have a completed (specialist) degree as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in, economist:in or a comparable qualification with technical interest Your experience in project management, especially in time and cost management in the context of construction and infrastructure projects A cost-oriented and targeted implementation of projects gives you pleasure You are characterized by high resilience, enforcing and conflictability as well as a structured and independent way of working You have knowledge of common computer applications such as MS Office, MS-Project, Jira, DOXiS and iTWO or you have the willingness to acquire this knowledge Your personal and professional development is the focus A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as team skills and willingness to do your job You already know various tools of the agile project manangement and are interested in using them in the targeted management and realization of the projects and in developing them in the project team.
