They work closely with the colleagues of our in-house Academy Lichthof in Gelsenkirchen, for example: They support cooperation in internal training coordination and seminar management Your field of activity includes the processing of seminar applications from the BLB employees in the SAP event management They work in updating the training catalogue They help manage coaching and coaching contracts and work with projects to optimize and digitize the processes (e.g. launch a new seminar and hotel management software) In addition, you can support in hotel operation and perform administrative tasks and data management
