We are looking for Youth and Family:

Teamleiter (m/w/d), Pflegekinderdienst und Adoptionsvermittlungsstelle EG S 17 or EC 11 TVöD/VKA | indefinite | Full time | in parttime

Your task:

Guide the Care Children Service (PKD) and Adoption Agency, in particular:

• exercise the supervision of employees
• Take responsibility in the field of technical and financial control
• contribute to the creation of quality standards for the perception of tasks
• work out and redistribute technical impulses for the team
• in individual cases provide professional support in the team and represent the PKD in front of the family court
• ensure uniform procedures and performance
• Check plausibility and compliance with standards in individual case decisions
• Guide team and case meetings and actively manage team development
• dual students initiate service and supervise professionally
• perform cross-border networking with other specialist services on specialist issues

Your qualification:

• a completed degree (Diplom / FH or Bachelor) of Social Work / Social Education with State Recognition as Social Education / Social Worker (m/w/d) or
• a completed degree (Diplom / FH or Bachelor) of Education / Educational Sciences / Childhood Education / Social Economics / Social Management / Psychology with several years of professional experience as a social worker (m/w/d)

In addition, bring:

• Leadership, organisational ability and independent working
• professional experience in managing and developing teams
• well-founded knowledge of adoption and care childcare services
• High conflict resolution and communication skills
• Knowledge in process and project management are advantageous
• the readiness to actively participate in the readiness to call “child protection” of the Department of Social Services
• Class B driver's license and the willingness to make your own car for service trips against compensation after the Nds. Use the travel cost regulation
• German language skills at level C1
• a non-release advanced guide certificate (release only after adjustment)
