Main tasks: Project management in the distribution network planningYou guide challenging consulting and planning projects for network analysis (water, gas, heat, electricity) – from conception to implementation to successful completion. In doing so, you bear the technical and organizational responsibility including budget management and coordination of internal and external project participants.

Strategic advice from network operatorsDu analysing distribution networks both technically and economically and advises network operators on target network planning, network development and long-term strategies in the context of energy policy framework conditions.

Developing future-oriented energy conceptsYou develop cross-sector concepts for renewable energy and accompany our customers on their path to climate-neutral, sustainable energy supply.

In addition, you will introduce your expertise in other topics: Participation in research and innovation projects in energy and water supply Participation in the further development of our simulation and optimization software (including ROKA3, RIKA, CityCockpit) and adaptation of data interfaces Publication of specialist contributions and active knowledge transfer for positioning RZVN as an industry expert Support of the project acquisition and professional development of our portfolio

Successfully completed master's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, energy management or a comparable degree programme Multiannual experience in the energy industry with a focus on planning electrical networks or installations Communication strength, pronounced organizational ability and a fast, analytical and strategic way of thinking First leadership skills as well as the ability to guide and motivate teams in a targeted manner Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) and a valid European work permit; English knowledge is advantageous
