CNC lathe (m/w/d) in Kelkheim

Your tasks:

• Installation and operation of various automated CNC lathes with

Rod loaders, up to eight spindles and counterspindles

• implementation of geometry measurements, program changes and

Entry

• Production of special fasteners made of steel and aluminium

• Selection and preparation of tools and base holders

• independent quality control of the parts produced with different

Means of measurement

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic,

preferably with the subject of turning technology, or a vocational training with

appropriate experience in the above-mentioned task area.

• Several years of professional experience as CNC lathes or in the ruting of CNC machines

• knowledge of the programming of controls, ideally Siemens 840 and

Solution Line S840 sl / C200 sl

• Self-employed and team-oriented work

Information about the position:

iw projekt GmbH occupies this position in the form of an employee transfer with the customer.

The remuneration at iw projekt GmbH is based on the BAP basic tariff unit or according to the respective industry surcharge agreement (TV BZ) of the BAP, in so far as a TV BZ with the customer/deliberator
